1. 1. Grab the line between two fingers and massage / rub it for at least 20 seconds. You could also divide it into 3 parts.
2. To massage it from the inside, just place one finger behind the lip and massage each point (~5) for 20 seconds each.
3. If you are using a vacuum cup, put it right on top of the line and move it up and down, 10-20 times. To make it more comfortable, just open your mouth slightly.
You could use a suction, too: just suck the tissues in for 2-3 seconds and release (2-3 times on each of 3 points).
We are going to work in 2 lines.
1. First line starts at the wrinkle itself and moves to the ear. 10-20 times. 2nd line starts a bit higher, close to the wing of the nose and moves to the ear, too. 10-20 times.
2. You could also use a big vacuum cup. In this case, you only have 1 line to work with: start at the nose to mouth line and move it to the ear, 10-20 times (this line sculpts the cheekbone area). However, you could also move it to the area under your ear.
1. Grab the first muscle on the side of your nose and rub it between two fingers for 20 seconds (to prevent fingers from slipping off, just grab the tissue).
2. Second muscle is right by side of the nose. Grab it and massage for another 20 seconds.
1. First part: place your fingers as close to the nose as possible and just under the lower eyelid, grab all the tissues and start massaging, rubbing them between two fingers for 20 seconds. If your fingers slip off, don't worry, just grab the muscles again or use a tissue.
2. Repeat the same to the other 3 parts.
3. At the end you could grab the line itself and massage it for another 20 seconds.
If there are any painful points, feel free to massage them for longer, for about 2 minutesbor until the pain is gone.
Once you get used to the massage, feel free to ignore the rules and just massage this whole area randomly for about 2 minutes (trying to get rid of all the painful bits).
Lets divide the whole nose to mouth line area into 3 parts.
Place the thumb behind the cheek. Then place fingers of another hand on the outside for a support (so that thumb can really dig deep into the muscles).
1. Massage each of these 3 parts in circular movements for 20 seconds each.
2. Stretch each of them for another 20 seconds by bending the thumb forward, sticking it out of the cheek. To prevent the folds / creases, just use another hand to smooth it all out.
Alternatively, you could stretch by grubbing the very top of each part between your thumb and index finger and then pulling it all down (the 1st part should be stretched down, the 2nd part down and a bit to the center of the face, the 3rd part diagonally down, in the direction of mouth).
3. You could finish it all by massaging the wrinkle itself: just grab it with thumb from the inside and index finger from the outside and then massage each of ~5 points for 20 seconds.
