1. In your head, divide the muscle into 3 parts. Grab the 1st top point and massage it between your fingers for 20 seconds. Same should be done to the 2nd and 3rd point. Just make sure you grab them vertically.
2. You could also ignore the 3 points and just massage the entire area between your fingers for 2 minutes. If there is any pain, feel free to massage it for longer, until the pain goes.
3. It could also be massaged from the inside. Place 1 finger behind the lip and then just follow the same rules (either divide muscle into 3 parts and then rub them for 20 seconds each or massage the whole area for 2 minutes).
We will work along 2 lines.
1. First line: place 2 fingers vertically and move them from the center to the area under your ear. Move right along the bone, not higher, not lower. And apply some pressure, so that you really get all the excess stuff out (but once you reach the ear, be gentle). Repeat 10 times and then move all the liquids down by the side of neck into the clavicle. Do 1 more set of 10.
2. Second line. Its all the same, except we move from the chin (start right under the lower lip). 2 sets of 10.
By the way, you can work with both hands or on both sides at the same time.
So, we do 2 sets of 10 per line. But in case you have spare time, dont count, just work on this whole area for about 2-5 minutes.

Grab the triangular muscle at the very base and simply pull / stretch it for 20 seconds.

Grab the "meaty" part of the chin between 2 fingers and massage, knead it for 2 minutes or at least 20 seconds. Feel free to use just one or both hands.
You can also pinch it deeply and begin to slowly slide your fingers off. Repeat ~3 times. Or alternate the hands quickly.
If you wish to use vacuum cups then you could either do 10-20 circular moves or 5-10 up-and-down moves on each side of the chin.
