UPPER EYELID DRAINAGE (0:21)

Place your finger at the inner part of your upper eyelid and move all the excess stuff out to the temples. 20 times or up to 2 minutes. Make sure you target the whole upper eyelid (everything from your lashes to the brows, don't miss anything).

LOWER EYELID DRAINAGE (0:19)

First, apply some cream or serum to the area under your eyes. And then gently, softly move any excess liquid out to the side. 20 times or up to 2 minutes.

"DIAGONAL" PUFFINESS DRAINAGE (0:17)

Place your finger right before the puffiness and move it out to the side. 20+ times

CIRCLES. PRACTICE (1 min)

Muscle contractions could also push the excess liquids out + they could increase the blood flow (so dark circles could look a bit more bright and fresh). Here are a few options:

1. Contract your lower eyelid slightly and relax, contract, relax. Repeat 20 times. But in case you notice that area around the eyes wrinkle during this exercise, please, skip it.

2. Look up and try to close your eyes with the lower eyelid. Don't frown (don't rise your eyebrows). If you can't or you notice the wrinkling again, please, skip.

3. Place 3 fingers on your lower eyelid gently, close the eyes and make them draw an alphabet, your name or anything else.
