1. Grab all the tissues of the double chin (not just skin but the whole fleshy part) and begin to massage, rub it between your fingers for 1-2 minutes or at least 30 seconds.
At the very beginning this massage might feel quite uncomfortable, but there is no need to suffer, make yourself comfortable.
Also, you might feel some knots, even areas - just knead them as if it was a dough or clay; over time it will become more soft and even, as well as less painful.
2. Next, massage the rest of the double chin area (everything from the center to the under-ear area). 2-3 times per side.
Move along the fleshy part, not the jaw bone. And its easier to massage an opposite side, so its your thumb that leads and pushes the tissues.
3. Drainage. Squeeze all the excess liquids out from the center to the area under your ear. 20 times. Again, we are only focusing on the fleshy part, not the bone. And its easier to massage the opposite side. To speed up the massage, feel free to alternate 2 hands at the same time.
1. Basic drainage moves

Muscle contractions could also push the liquids out. So we could do a couple of exercises, too.
1. Push your tongue against the roof in your mouth for 2 seconds and relax. Do 2 sets of 10 (you could hold the last repetition for another 10 seconds).
2. Push 2 knuckles into the double chin area for 2 seconds while your double chin tries to resist the pressure (its done by pushing your tongue against the roof in your mouth again). So, push the knuckles and the tongue for 2 seconds and relax. Do 2 sets of 10 (the last rep could be held for an extra 10 seconds).
3. Try to reach your nose with your tongue. Hold for 2 seconds and relax. Repeat 10-20 times. And again, you could hold the last repetition for 10 seconds.
