PRACTICE. BROWS MASSAGE (0:40)

1. Grab the very beginning of the eyebrow and massage, rub it between your fingers for 20 seconds. Then do the same to one more point a little further.

2. Massage the area between the eyebrows. Just rub it between your fingers, randomly for at least 1 minute.

3. And finally, we can massage the wrinkle itself: rub it slowly and firmly against the bone, press as hard as you can (for at least 1 minute).
